Gurugram, April 22 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Haryana, Nayab Singh Saini, is set to inaugurate 18 road development initiatives valued at over Rs 115 crore related to the Public Works Department (PWD) in the Sohna and Pataudi Assembly constituencies in Gurugram on April 23, as confirmed by officials.

During his visit, the Chief Minister will also unveil the first modern street in Haryana, located at Udyog Vihar.

According to Charandeep Singh Rana, the Executive Engineer of PWD, the Chief Minister will inaugurate the Loh Singhani to Chamanpura Road, Nunera from BPDS Road, and Alipur Hari Heda from Loh Singhani to Chamanpura Road, all constructed in the Sohna assembly constituency.

Additionally, the foundation stone for the renovation of the Sohna-Abhayapur-Lohtki-Khedla and Damdama to Rithoj roads from Dhumaspur via Nayagaon will also be laid.

Charandeep Singh Rana further stated that various road development projects in the Pataudi Assembly will also be inaugurated by the Chief Minister on Wednesday.

This includes the inauguration of the Purna Panchgaon to Farrukhnagar double-lane road via Jamalpur, along with the commencement of renovation work on the Helimandi-Farrukhnagar via Mehchana Road.

Furthermore, the Chief Minister will lay the foundation for the renovation of the Kheda Khurmpur road in the Pataudi Assembly.

The cumulative cost of these various projects is estimated to exceed 115 crore.

The Deputy Commissioner of Gurugram, Ajay Kumar, has indicated that the Chief Minister will also chair the 14th meeting of the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) in Gurugram on Wednesday.

This meeting will focus on various development projects for Gurugram, including the approval of the authority's annual budget for 2025-26.
