In an interview with IANS, MoS Seth stated that according to the advisory from the Union Home Ministry, Pakistani nationals residing in India will be repatriated.
Regarding the decision to send back individuals from Pakistan, he emphasized: "Why not? They have taken the lives of our innocent citizens. Every Pakistani in India must leave the country. This is why Union Home Minister Amit Shah has consulted with all Chief Ministers to discuss identifying and returning every Pakistani national in the country..."
He underscored that Pakistan serves as a haven for terrorists, noting: "Pakistan has acknowledged that they have been operating terrorist bases for the last 30 years. India has long maintained that Pakistan is a terrorist nation that shelters terrorists. Pakistan's intentions will not prevail."
He also highlighted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has waged an open war against terrorism, asserting that those who attack the essence of India will be crushed.
Pointing to global backing in the battle against terrorism, the MoS remarked: "The entire world stands with PM Modi in the mission to eradicate terrorists. Prime Minister Modi has stated that such terrorists should be eliminated."
Expressing condolences to the families of the victims in the terror attack, he stated: "Approximately 140 crore citizens are united with the families affected."
MoS Seth urged the citizens to remain united in supporting the government, asserting that this would send a powerful message to Pakistan and assist in preventing future incidents.
He expressed optimism that the Indian government and military would succeed in eradicating terrorism.
