The Indian Embassy in Japan shared on X that, "Ambassador-designate Ms. Nagma Mohamed Mallick met with H. E. Mr. Fukushiro Nukaga, Speaker of the House of Representatives of Japan, and discussed various dimensions of the India-Japan relationship."
On December 12, Mallick had a discussion with Uno Yoshimasa, Special Advisor to the Japanese Prime Minister, focusing on potential avenues for collaboration between the two nations.
The Embassy noted on X that "Ambassador-designate H.E. Ms. Nagma M. Mallick met with Special Advisor Uno Yoshimasa to discuss opportunities for India-Japan collaboration."
Previously, she engaged with Yamaguchi Governor Tsugimasa Muraoka and Yamaguchi Prefectural Assembly Speaker Shungaku Yanai to enhance bilateral ties, concentrating on the Yamaguchi Prefecture.
