Mumbai, April 2 (NationPress) Actor Ishaan Khatter has expressed his appreciation for the Northeast, calling it the "pristine beauty" of the nation.
The actor shared his fascination with the region's breathtaking landscapes, vibrant culture, and tranquil atmosphere. Khatter, who has had the opportunity to explore different areas of the Northeast, highlighted how its unrefined beauty and untouched allure make it one of India's most exceptional yet frequently disregarded destinations. Ishaan mentioned to IANS, “I actually visited Assam for the first time recently. Unfortunately, I couldn’t spend much time there, but it’s definitely on my list. I’m eager to visit Meghalaya.”
“I wish to travel extensively in Assam and the Northeast as a whole. I truly enjoyed my experiences there. I believe it is one of the unspoiled treasures of our country,” added Ishaan while at the Magnum lounge during the Lakme Fashion Week.
The ‘Dhadak’ star fondly recalled one of his best summer bike adventures with his brother, Shahid Kapoor. When reminiscing about summer vacations with his sibling, Ishaan remarked, "I didn’t have many family summer holidays while growing up."
However, he did share some treasured moments from their biking escapades.
“Some of the most memorable trips we undertook were the biking adventures when I got older, including one through a sunny Italian landscape. That remains my favorite memory,” Ishaan shared.
Interestingly, Ishaan Khatter took to the ramp at Lakmé Fashion Week 2025, showcasing the Myrah collection by Saaksha & Kinni. He surprised the audience by removing his shirt, revealing his toned physique and six-pack abs, before playfully tossing it aside and dancing to the music.
Discussing his runway experience, the 'Pippa' actor stated, "I aim to enjoy the process, and it was a fun concept. The show was fantastic, and I was thrilled to be the only man among these stunning women who were shining on stage."
