The list of registrants includes beloved returning riders and top title contenders from Season 1, as well as a number of new international stars entering the competition. Former champion Matt Moss from Australia is back to reclaim his title, joined by notable competitors such as Jordi Tixier (France), Reid Taylor, Thanarat Penjan, Ben Hallgren, and Thomas Ramette, all reaffirming their commitment to ISRL.
Among the new elite entrants are the reigning AMA SMX Next National Champion Alexander Fedortsov (USA), prominent FIM World Supercross circuit name Adrien Escoffier (France), and Luke Clout (Australia), a 2024 P6 World Supercross rider.
On the Indian side, up-and-coming stars Rugved Barguje, Ikshan Shanbhag, and Sarthak Chavan are eager to return with renewed determination. Following a challenging but motivating campaign in 2024 marked by injuries, Rugved is aiming for a podium finish this time.
“The tremendous response we've received within just three weeks of Season 2 registrations underscores ISRL's expanding influence in the global motorsport landscape,” stated Eeshan Lokhande, co-founder of ISRL.
“The rapid return of our top athletes from Season 1, complemented by a wave of new entries, distinctly highlights the success and impact of our first season. This validates our vision and motivates us to elevate Season 2 to new heights,” he added.
Defending champion Matt Moss praised his experience, expressing, “The first season was truly exceptional. Though I encountered a cultural shock initially, it turned out to be a positive experience. The people were incredible, the hospitality exceptional, and the racing was top-notch. I eagerly anticipate Season 2 and the new elements it will introduce.”
Jordi Tixier remarked, “Season 1 surpassed my expectations. I loved the people, the track, and the fans' electric energy. What stood out was the ISRL team's dedication to enhancing each race. They’re not merely organizing events—they’re creating something extraordinary.”
Season 2 is set to take place from October to December 2025, featuring multiple rounds throughout India. The competition will include three race formats: 450cc International, 250cc International, and 250cc India-Asia Mix, providing a platform for both elite global professionals and emerging Indian talent to demonstrate their skills.
