In Dino, Jotwani said, "While filming the first schedule of ‘Dil Dosti Dilemma’ in Mumbai, I received a notification for a Zoom meeting from Anurag Basu's production team, who expressed interest in discussing the film with me. During our meeting, Anurag Basu himself invited me for a personal meeting."
