New Delhi, April 8 (NationPress) The National President of Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM), Upendra Kushwaha, expressed skepticism on Tuesday regarding the Congress party's claims about Rahul Gandhi's visit to Bihar and its alleged impact on the upcoming Assembly elections. He stated that this entire endeavor is bound to be unproductive, asserting that the former Congress president's 30-minute speech would not influence the state in any significant way.

"The Congress Party frequently makes declarations solely to draw voters during election times. Rahul Gandhi is engaging in the same strategy. For many years after Independence, they held power. Just examine the condition of Bihar that they left behind. Subsequently, they formed alliances that led to chaos. Everyone is aware of their actions," Kushwaha remarked.

He further stated, "Currently, they are making statements to mislead and distract the public. However, their efforts will yield no results in Bihar. No 'grand alliance' will succeed here. This is their fate, their inherent nature."

Kushwaha emphasized that regardless of whether Rahul Gandhi speaks for 30 minutes or 300 minutes, it will not have an impact in Bihar.

"He is well aware of this, which is why he hurriedly delivers his 30-minute address."

Rahul Gandhi visited Bihar a day prior and took part in the 'Palayan Roko, Naukri Do (Stop Migration, Provide Jobs)' Yatra in Begusarai, alongside fellow Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar.

Previously, the Leader of the Opposition also attended a 'Save the Constitution' meeting in Patna, marking his third such event in the last three months. During his address, Gandhi underscored that the Congress party had learned from its previous errors.

"Our Bihar unit has been directed to ensure that at least two-thirds representation comes from OBC, EBC, and Dalit communities," he communicated to the audience.

Gandhi also reiterated the demand to eliminate the 50 percent cap on reservations in India.
