The first route has been established between Indore and Ujjain, with plans to extend flights to Pachmarhi, Kanha, Bandhavgarh, Satpura Tiger Reserve, and both Jyotirlinga shrines.
Visitors can now access these sites and return to Jabalpur through this helicopter service.
Rakesh Singh, the Minister for PWD in the MP government, emphasized the importance of this new chopper service for tourism, explaining how it will unveil fresh tourism opportunities and enhance revenue for the state's treasury.
Singh noted that Jabalpur, as one of the largest cities, holds substantial tourism potential. This helicopter service will not only ease travel for tourists but also foster job creation and support local businesses.
Legislator Neeraj Singh shared his enthusiasm for the new initiative, stating, "Today is a landmark occasion for Madhya Pradesh. Every sector, be it wildlife, religious, or spiritual tourism, stands to gain. Well-connected tourist attractions will further elevate the state's tourism profile."
