Mumbai, October 9, (NationPress) Television actor Nandish Sandhu, renowned for his portrayal of Veer in the acclaimed series “Uttaran”, has joyfully revealed his engagement to actress Kavita Banerjee.

Nandish took to his social media platform to share an array of pictures with Kavita, captioning them with, “Hi partner!”, accompanied by emoticons of a ring, heart, and sun. The images highlighted the couple in various settings, from traditional festivities to playful beach outings and tender portraits. In one snapshot, the couple can be seen holding hands, showcasing their engagement rings, which confirmed their delightful announcement.

Regarding Kavita Banerjee, the actress hails from Kolkata and later relocated to Mumbai. She has graced several popular television shows, including “Rishto Ka Manjha”, “Bhagya Lakshmi”, “Divya Prem”, and “Rahasya Ki Kahani”. Additionally, she has appeared in films and digital content, such as “Ek Villain Returns” and “Hiccups and Hookups”. This engagement marks a fresh chapter for Nandish, who was previously married to his “Uttaran” co-star Rashami Desai.

The couple fell in love while working together on the set of the show and tied the knot in 2012 just months after they began dating. However, their marriage faced challenges, leading to a divorce finalized in 2015, just two years after their wedding. Both have since moved forward in their personal and professional journeys.
