NDA Leaders Strategize for Upcoming 2025 Bihar Elections

Patna, Dec 20 (NationPress) The state unit leaders of all parties within the NDA gathered on Friday at the home of JD-U's Bihar unit president Umesh Kushwaha.
Sources indicate that the gathering focused on formulating strategies for the upcoming 2025 Bihar Assembly elections.
According to insiders, this meeting highlights the alliance's dedication to unified actions and collaborative planning under the guidance of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
During the discussions, leaders outlined the upcoming district-level workers conference slated to begin on January 15. This event aims to mobilize grassroots workers from all 38 districts of Bihar.
The conference will run until February 25, marking the initiation of the NDA's grassroots mobilization efforts for the elections.
All state presidents of NDA's constituent parties are expected to be present to enhance the morale and unity among workers.
The NDA has set an ambitious goal of securing 225 seats in the Bihar assembly during the 2025 elections. To reach this objective, fortifying the alliance down to the booth level has been recognized as a vital area of focus.
Observers noted that the meeting showcased the NDA's proactive stance in rallying its base, crafting strategies, and bolstering unity ahead of the electoral contest, with Nitish Kumar playing a crucial role in guiding the alliance.
Prominent attendees included Dilip Jaiswal, BJP's state president, Anil Kumar, HAM's state president, Raju Tiwari, LJP-RV's state president, and Subhash Chandravanshi, representing the RLSP. They were joined by senior JD-U leaders such as Lalan Kumar Saraf, a legislative councilor and treasurer, Sanjay Kumar Singh, legislative councilor, and Chandan Kumar Singh, state general secretary and in-charge of headquarters.
The alliance also explored methods to enhance coordination at the grassroots level. With leaders from all constituent parties present, this meeting established a foundation for a cohesive campaign strategy under the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
Political analysts regard such meetings as significant, especially as Nitish Kumar embarks on the Pragati Yatra starting December 23, which is viewed as preparatory groundwork for the 2025 Assembly elections.
