A fresh and serious twist emerged on Monday, 15 June in the ongoing Patna coaching institute dispute after Raushan Anand, director of Gyan Bindu Coaching Institute, was released from Beur Jail on bail granted by a Patna civil court and immediately levelled grave allegations against Faisal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, and his associate R.S. Prasad. Anand alleged that the death of his brother, Prince Yadav, was not accidental but the result of a planned conspiracy — a claim that has intensified scrutiny around the already volatile feud involving Khan Global Studies.

Key Allegations by Raushan Anand

Speaking to reporters shortly after his release, Raushan Anand alleged that Prince Yadav remained safe as long as Anand himself was free, but died under suspicious circumstances shortly after Anand was taken into judicial custody. He directly named Faisal Khan and R.S. Prasad as being involved in what he described as a deliberate plot.

Anand also alleged that the account of the earlier firing and vandalism incident at Khan Global Studies changed materially once CCTV footage became publicly available. He argued that contradictions between initial claims and the footage raised deeper questions about the sequence of events and demanded a high-level, impartial probe.

Prince Yadav's Death in Nepal

The controversy escalated after the body of Prince Yadav was recovered on Sunday from a hotel room in Biratnagar, Nepal. Initial reports indicated that injury marks were found on the body, though authorities have not yet officially confirmed the cause of death. Nepal Police are conducting a detailed investigation into the suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.

Notably, Prince Yadav had earlier been named as an accused in the First Information Report (FIR) registered following the 2 June vandalism and stone-pelting incident at Khan Global Studies in Patna.

Arrest, Bail, and Court Observations

Raushan Anand was arrested on 3 June in connection with the coaching institute violence case and spent approximately 12 days in judicial custody before securing bail. His counsel, senior advocate Ramakant Sharma, stated that during the bail hearing the court advised both parties to maintain professional conduct.

According to Sharma, the court observed that teachers ought to engage in healthy academic competition rather than criminal disputes, reportedly remarking that 'a teacher's conduct should befit a teacher.' Following his release, Anand immediately departed for Saharsa, where the final rites of his brother are scheduled to be held.
