The Chief Minister examined preparations concerning venue facilities, seating plans, water availability, parking, healthcare provisions, sanitation, traffic control, and security measures. He urged officials to fulfill their duties diligently to ensure timely completion of all arrangements.
Additionally, he requested insights on the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) program and related beneficiaries for the occasion, issuing appropriate directives to relevant officials.
CM Sharma emphasized that all departments, in collaboration with the Ajmer district administration, must coordinate effectively to guarantee the successful execution of arrangements for the Prime Minister’s visit.
The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary V. Srinivas, Director General of Police Rajiv Kumar Sharma, senior officials from the Chief Minister’s Office, department representatives, and officials from the Ajmer district administration.
Earlier, CM Sharma remarked that 72 percent of the commitments made in the BJP’s election manifesto have been fulfilled within two years of the government's tenure.
While engaging with officials and party members from Kota, Ajmer, and Bharatpur divisions at his residence, he noted the ongoing commitment of BJP workers to public service and nation-building, maintaining public trust.
CM Sharma encouraged party workers to actively promote public welfare initiatives and financial provisions from both the Central and state governments, ensuring their benefits reach the grassroots.
He asserted that the state budget has allocated sufficient resources for development projects across all 200 Assembly constituencies and highlighted the government’s effort to provide equitable benefits across various sectors and demographics.
He criticized the previous Congress government for biased budget allocations, asserting that the current administration ensures fair resource distribution.
In line with key initiatives, Sharma mentioned that the government is prioritizing water security through projects such as the Ram Jal Setu Link Project, Dewas Project, Yamuna Water Agreement, Ganga Canal repairs, and the Som-Kamala-Amba Canal project.
