New Delhi, July 22 (NationPress) TVS Motor Company Managing Director Sudarshan Venu has acknowledged Prime Minister Narendra Modi for providing a visionary boost to tourism in the Kutch region of Gujarat by promoting the concept of motorcycle racing.
According to Venu, this initiative has transformed the desert landscape into a hub for motor enthusiasts and tourists.
While recounting his experience with the 'Modi Story', Venu mentioned a conversation he had with the Prime Minister that sparked the innovative idea of merging motorcycle sports with tourism in Kutch.
"I was fortunate to discuss our racing endeavors with him. He suggested that we should develop tourism in India and leverage these opportunities in Kutch, especially during the Kutch festival. This led to hundreds of riders participating, performing stunt shows, and engaging with the local community, allowing people from all over to experience the stunning beauty of Kutch and promote the brand of India both domestically and internationally," Venu stated.
