The report documented at least 901 fatalities and 599 injuries among civilians, security personnel, and criminals due to 329 incidents of violence, which includes terror attacks and counter-terror operations.
From January to September 2024, Pakistan recorded 1,527 fatalities, with a staggering 58 percent surge in violence compared to the previous year.
