New Delhi, Feb 1 (NationPress) In an outstanding display of skill, shooters from Punjab achieved a remarkable clean sweep in the Junior Men’s Skeet T2 finals, with Harviraj Singh, Harazeez Singh Atwal, and Gurfateh Singh Sandhu claiming the top three positions at the Shotgun National Selection Trials 1&2 held at the Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Ranges in the National Capital Region this past Sunday.

Anantjeet Singh Naruka scored a perfect 36 to narrowly defeat Jyotiraditya Singh Sisodiya, who needed just one point to win the Trials 2 final. Meanwhile, Yashasvi Rathore missed only one shot to clinch victory in the women’s Trials 2, securing the top position.

In a tightly contested final, Anantjeet, who qualified first with a score of 120, achieved a flawless 36 out of 36 shots. Jyotiraditya also maintained a perfect score until the 34th target but faltered on his next shot, finishing the finals with 35 out of 36 hits. Abhay Singh Sekhon rounded out the top three with a score of 30.

Earlier in the qualification round, Bhavtegh Singh Gill finished in second place behind Anantjeet with a score of 120. Jyotiraditya qualified third with 119, while Man Singh and National Champion Gurjoat Singh secured fourth and fifth places with scores of 119. Munek Battula and Abhay Singh followed with scores of 118, and Fatehbir Singh Shergill completed the list with 117 hits.
