Jaipur, April 13 (NationPress) A charge sheet has been submitted to the High Court against ten individuals implicated in corruption related to the Jal Jeevan Mission, following an extensive inquiry by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
The individuals charged, currently in judicial custody after their arrest by the ACB, include: Dinesh Goyal (Chief Engineer, Administration); K. D. Gupta (former Chief Engineer, Rural); Subhanshu Dixit (former Secretary, RWSSM; then Additional Chief Engineer, Jaipur Zone-II); Sushil Sharma (former Financial Adviser, Renewable Energy); Niril Kumar (former Chief Engineer, Churu); and Vishal Saxena (Executive Engineer, currently suspended).
Others named in the charge sheet are Arun Srivastava (retired Additional Chief Engineer); D. K. Gaur (retired Chief Engineer and Technical Member); Mahendra Prakash Soni (retired Superintending Engineer); and Mukesh Pathak (private individual).
