Hyderabad, April 15 (NationPress) The production team behind director Buchi Babu Sana's highly anticipated rural action drama 'Peddi', starring Telugu superstar Ram Charan in the lead role, announced on Wednesday that the film's release has been postponed to June. This decision was made to allow the technicians and post-production crew additional time to achieve absolute perfection in their work.

In a statement shared on social media, Vriddhi Cinemas, the film's production house, expressed gratitude for the overwhelming response to the film’s songs and sneak peeks. They stated, "We are genuinely thrilled with the excitement surrounding 'Peddi'. The talkie portion has been completed, and only one song remains to be filmed. We are very pleased with the film's edit so far."

They elaborated, "Given the quality of the content we have, we want to present it in the finest manner possible. Therefore, we believe it's essential to grant our technicians and post-production team more time to showcase their best work. It is our responsibility to provide you with nothing less than an exceptional theatrical experience. Consequently, we have decided to delay the film's release until June."

The exact release date will be announced shortly, and the makers expressed their appreciation to fans for their ongoing support and patience, stating, "It truly means a great deal to us."

Recently, a glimpse video titled 'Peddi Pehelwan Glimpse' was released to celebrate Ram Charan's birthday, showcasing a different aspect of the actor's character in the film, much to the delight of his fans and cinema enthusiasts.

The recently released video highlighted Ram Charan's transformation into a fierce wrestler, with scenes showing him practicing with a mace, demonstrating his dedication to the role. The clip opens with a voiceover declaring, "Kusthi (wrestling) is not merely a sport where you wield a bat and face an incoming ball. It is a life pledge against death. So, will you step into the ring or back down?"

The video concludes with Ram Charan asserting, "The game is my pride." 'Peddi' has generated immense excitement among fans and has been in the spotlight since its announcement.
