Chennai, Jan 9 (NationPress) Even as speculation and rumors regarding the health status of actor Vishal persist on social media, Hari Krishnan, the secretary of Vishal's Makkal Nala Iyakkam, has released a robust statement denouncing those who propagate groundless rumors and extending thanks to the public from the five southern states for their decision to dismiss the misleading information surrounding the actor.
The controversy began when actor Vishal, who attended the pre-release event for his film Madha Gaja Raja, appeared to be shivering and looked unwell. However, it was clarified that he was suffering from viral fever and had opted to participate in the event despite his condition.
Nonetheless, following this clarification, rampant speculation about the reasons for Vishal’s health issues continued to circulate.
In light of these circumstances, Hari Krishnan, the secretary of Vishal’s social welfare organization, Makkal Nala Iyakkam, has made a statement to refute the ongoing rumors.
In his statement delivered in Tamil, Hari Krishnan remarked, "Recently, certain individuals with ulterior motives, masquerading as journalists, have been disseminating false information about our beloved actor and producer Vishal. This statement is not meant to engage with them. Rather, it serves to express our gratitude to the citizens of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra, Telangana, and Karnataka, who have entirely rejected these rumors and shown immense love for our leader Vishal.
Hari Krishnan emphasized that despite official announcements from doctors regarding Vishal’s condition, a few individuals, under the pretense of being media personnel, continued to spread defamatory lies about the actor.
He highlighted that while most media personnel are trustworthy and honorable, there are a few imposters responsible for circulating defamatory content. He expressed hope that the public would recognize such imposters and treat them with the contempt they deserve.
While Harikrishnan stated that they were not looking to criticize anyone individually, he made it clear that they aim to prevent anyone else from enduring the same challenges that Vishal faced.
