Mumbai, April 11 (NationPress) Actress Shweta Tripathi has been adhering to a disciplined fitness routine while following a strict no-sugar diet. She emphasizes that she is not interested in starting or following any fad diets.
Discussing her approach to fitness, Shweta states, "For me, fitness is not just about the body; it’s a mindset. This understanding has led me to realize that fitness involves showing up, taking that initial step, and persevering until the end."
She acknowledges the support of her husband Slow Cheeta and her trainer Tridev, who provide continuous motivation.
“I am fortunate to have people like Cheeta and my trainer around me who are truly dedicated, and that inspires me. Regarding my diet, I have chosen not to engage in any fad diets. For instance, I have completely eliminated artificial sugar, and that small change has made a significant difference,” she explained.
Shweta notes that it is her trainer and workout partner, Tridev, who has encouraged her to train with the discipline and agility of an athlete.
She remarked, “My fitness routine focuses on enhancing strength and agility. That is our primary goal. We integrate weights, complex movements, and strengthen every part of the body.”
The actress, recognized for her roles in the “Mirzapur” series, “Masaan”, “Raat Akeli Hai”, “Cargo”, and “Haramkhor”, announced in March her debut home-production film, which will feature a women-led queer love story.
