Chennai, Aug 11 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and DMK President M.K. Stalin forecasted a significantly larger defeat for the AIADMK in the state's western districts during the upcoming Assembly elections compared to the recent local body elections.
Speaking at a public event in Udumalpet, where he inaugurated completed projects, introduced new initiatives, and distributed welfare benefits, Stalin remarked that AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami had mistakenly decided to launch his campaign in the western area, believing it to be the party's stronghold.
"The people will render their judgment, and it will be more severe than previously seen," he stated.
