Patna, Sep 20 (NationPress) Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav took a strong stance against Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday, asserting that the state's youth are prepared to terminate the JD-U leader's long-standing governance in the forthcoming Assembly elections.

"The youth have ignited the flame of revolution. They are ready to change the government. If the Election Commission and its corrupt apparatus attempt to manipulate votes in Bihar, the cradle of democracy, the people will respond fiercely," Yadav proclaimed while speaking at a rally during his Bihar Adhikar Yatra in Samastipur.

Pointing fingers at the Nitish Kumar-led administration for suppressing job seekers, the RJD leader accused the police of violently dispersing Bihar Public Service Commission teacher candidates, contractual workers, and other demonstrators advocating for employment.

Emphasizing the accomplishments of the Grand Alliance government prior to Nitish Kumar's re-alignment with the NDA, the former Deputy CM stated, "During our 17-month regime, we provided five lakh government jobs, regularized contractual staff, and created 3.5 lakh new positions before Nitish Kumar switched alliances."

Yadav assured that, if given the chance to govern, his administration would guarantee employment or job opportunities for every degree holder in Bihar.

"Our motto is 'Certificate Lao, Naukari Pao'. We will set up factories in Bihar, equip every hand with a pen, and create jobs for the youth," he stated, criticizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi for soliciting votes from Bihar while failing to establish industries in the region and choosing to build factories in Gujarat instead.

As political tensions escalate in anticipation of the upcoming Assembly elections, job creation remains a pivotal issue for young voters.

Tejashwi Yadav also criticized Union Home Minister Amit Shah, accusing him of attempting to intimidate Bihar's opposition.

"Amit Shah visited Bihar recently and issued threats against me, claiming that the people of Bihar would vote so overwhelmingly for the NDA that I would forget to run in the elections," Yadav remarked.

In a bold retort, he stated, "I want to inform Amit Shah that this is Bihar, and we are Biharis. We will not be intimidated. The public is well-informed and will hold you accountable in the elections."

These comments come as Yadav intensifies his critique of the Nitish Kumar-led government, accusing it of betraying the youth and stifling job seekers as the Assembly polls approach.
