Madurai, Feb 28 (NationPress) Comprehensive security measures have been established at the venerable Tirupparankundram Subramanya Swamy Temple in anticipation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit on Sunday.

Heavy police presence envelops the temple grounds and adjacent areas, with various security layers implemented to guarantee an uninterrupted and secure visit.

Mobile signal jammers have been strategically placed around the temple complex to block unauthorized communications during the Prime Minister's stay.

Access for devotees is permitted only after passing through rigorous security screenings.

On Saturday, specialized security forces performed an extensive inspection of the temple grounds as part of the final preparations.

Security measures have been further intensified due to previous tensions experienced during the Karthigai Deepam festival, where disputes emerged over the lighting of lamps on a nearby hill.
