Vadodara (Gujarat), January 30 (NationPress) A suspect from the notorious Jeevan Fauji Gang, which operates internationally, has been captured in Gujarat's Vadodara. This individual was wanted in connection to an extortion-related shooting that took place in the Punjab region, specifically in Dera Baba Nanak, on January 13.
The Local Crime Branch (LCB) and the Absconding Squad (Zone 2) of the Vadodara police successfully apprehended the suspect, known as Sunil, alias Labbha, at the Inorbit Mall, where he had taken a position as a security guard just two days prior.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Zone 2, Abhay Soni, reported that Sunil had been evading authorities for eight days before reaching Vadodara on January 22.
