The board has approved a diverse array of projects, which include 69 rural roads, 86 paved blocks, 63 water supply schemes, 40 local development initiatives, 83 land conservation projects, 9,494 housing units, 12 projects for primary education, and 27 nutrition-focused initiatives.

The meeting was attended by State Minister Dr. Manisha Vakil, MP Dr. Hemang Joshi, Collector Dr. Anil Dhamelia, MLAs, senior officials, and heads of local Panchayats and Municipalities.

Following the meeting, Sanghavi remarked: "By participating in the Vadodara District Planning Board meeting for the year 2026-27, we have approved the district’s plans for the current year and discussed future development projects with involved officials, offering necessary guidance to ensure that the citizens of Vadodara district reap maximum benefits."

The approvals are deemed a significant progression towards enhancing infrastructure, housing, and social development throughout the Vadodara district, while ensuring accountability and active engagement of elected representatives in project implementation.
