Wedding Festivities of Badminton Icon PV Sindhu Kick Off in Udaipur

Jaipur, Dec 21 (NationPress) The wedding festivities of India's celebrated badminton star P.V. Sindhu have officially commenced in Udaipur this Saturday as guests began to arrive at the Raphael's Hotel, positioned on the Udai Sagar Lake.
Sindhu has sent out invitations to various prominent individuals, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar, to partake in the celebrations.
A sangeet ceremony is set for Saturday evening at the luxurious hotel, Raphaels.
The wedding ceremony is scheduled for Sunday with numerous distinguished guests anticipated.
Sindhu will be marrying Venkat Dutta, who is the executive director of Posidex Technologies.
The couple, Sindhu and her fiancé Venkat Dutta, arrived in Udaipur two days earlier (Thursday), where their families assessed the wedding arrangements.
The couple also conducted a pre-wedding photo shoot.
The wedding rituals officially began on Saturday at Hotel Raphaels, starting with the sangeet ceremony tonight.
The wedding is set for December 22, and the couple will leave Udaipur on December 23. A reception is planned in Hyderabad on December 24.
Venkat Dutta currently holds the position of director at Posidex Technologies.
PV Sindhu made history as the first Indian woman to secure both silver and bronze medals at the Olympics.
Aside from PM Modi and Sachin Tendulkar, Sindhu has also invited several other notable figures, including Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, Andhra Pradesh CM N. Chandrababu Naidu, and Deputy CM and actor Pawan Kalyan.
Sindhu took the initiative to personally deliver the wedding invitations.
Earlier this year, between January 5 and 11, Bollywood actor Aamir Khan's daughter Ayra Khan wed her boyfriend Nupur Shikhare in Udaipur. Subsequently, between January 29 and 31, Bollywood actor Sunny Deol's niece Nikita Chaudhary also got married in Udaipur, with numerous prominent NRI guests attending, including the Deol family.
