Patna, Nov 5 (NationPress) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath fiercely criticized RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav on Wednesday, accusing the RJD and Congress of having previously plundered Bihar and warning that they would do so again if granted another opportunity. He emphasized that rather than ushering in a "Ram Rajya" in Bihar, these parties would only lead to a state of "jungle raj."

While addressing an election rally in Sasaram, Yogi stated, "Between 1990 and 2005, they consumed the fodder intended for livestock. If they regain power, they will feast on the resources meant for the impoverished. Do not permit their return to authority."

Yogi accused the Congress and RJD of having devastated Bihar.

“They have generated an identity crisis for the citizens of Bihar. They have taken jobs from the youth, pushed farmers into hardship, deprived the needy of resources, and squandered development funds on their families. Infrastructure has deteriorated, Naxalism has proliferated, and a mafia-dominated parallel governance has emerged in Bihar,” Yogi stated.

Drawing comparisons to Uttar Pradesh, the Chief Minister remarked that the Samajwadi Party had committed similar transgressions in UP, whereas the BJP government has taken strict actions there.

“Upon the BJP assuming power in Uttar Pradesh, we utilized bulldozers against the mafia. A similar approach is essential here. The actions of the Samajwadi Party in UP mirror those of the Congress and RJD in Bihar, and only the NDA can rectify this,” he asserted.

Following his speech in Sasaram, Yogi Adityanath also spoke at a public rally in the Wazirganj Assembly constituency of Gaya, where he launched another vehement attack on the Congress.

Yogi remarked, “The Congress denies the existence of Lord Shri Ram and Shri Krishna. They will also forsake Hindus. We must reject them too. They are Ramdrohi. They will not establish Ram Rajya; they will only bring about Jungle Raj.”

Yogi asserted that the devoted followers of Ram and patriotic citizens of Wazirganj stand united with the development agenda of the NDA.

He expressed gratitude to the public for their overwhelming support and enthusiasm.

Moreover, Yogi stated that the robust coalition of the ‘Five Pandavas’ of the NDA is moving forward with resolve in Bihar and urged the voters of Gaya to deliver a decisive mandate to the NDA.

Point of View

It is imperative to approach political narratives with neutrality. CM Yogi Adityanath's remarks underscore critical concerns regarding governance and development in Bihar. The rhetoric surrounding past failures of the RJD and Congress raises vital questions about accountability and the future direction of the state. The electorate's choice will indeed shape Bihar's path forward.
