New Delhi, July 12 (NationPress) On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi handed out more than 51,000 appointment letters to successful candidates across 47 locations during the 16th edition of the Rozgar Mela, a nationwide employment initiative. This event, organized in partnership with the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) and Indian Railways, focused on providing job opportunities in various government sectors while enhancing transparency in the recruitment process.

Union Minister of State, Murlidhar Mohol, spoke to the media in Pune, stating, “Over the past 3-4 years, our efforts have concentrated on integrating youth into the workforce through government employment. This is the 16th Rozgar Mela, and to date, lakhs of youth have secured jobs. Today, we distributed over 51,000 job letters nationwide, with 200 in Pune. This is a testament to youth empowerment under PM Modi’s guidance.”

The Indian Railways significantly contributed to this round of appointments, filling roles such as Loco Pilots, Technicians, Commercial Clerks, and Booking Clerks.
