Great Place To Work, the leading authority on workplace culture, in collaboration with Fortune Media, selected the 25 winners this year after surveying over 9 million employees.
“Among the 25 distinguished organizations, 16 maintain a significant presence in India, underscoring the country's crucial role in influencing global workplace culture. I extend my warmest congratulations to all the winners of the Fortune World’s Best Workplaces list, who are setting a benchmark and inspiring others,” stated Balbir Singh, CEO of Great Place To Work, India.
This year, companies were ranked higher based on their ability to excel beyond their competitors in both local and global markets concerning employee trust, pride, and camaraderie. The rankings were derived from surveys conducted with over 9 million employees in 2024 and 2025, reflecting the experiences of more than 25 million employees worldwide.
The recipients of the Fortune World’s Best Workplaces honor illustrate how a remarkable culture can transcend geographical boundaries. When organizations prioritize trust and fairness, they cultivate environments where both people and performance can flourish universally.
“The profound influence of these exceptional companies on our world is a sacred responsibility,” remarked Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work.
“Among the over 9 million surveyed employees, a greater number at these outstanding firms feel that their company trusts them and is invested in their personal and professional growth. These economic leaders also bolster the communities in which they operate, leaving behind a legacy that is better than what they inherited,” Bush added.
The 'World’s Best Workplaces' list highlights what employees consider to be today’s remarkable work environments, where they feel trusted, empowered, and motivated to perform at their best, according to Alyson Shontell, editor-in-chief of Fortune.
