Following its top ranking in the 13th Integrated Rating Exercise by the Power Finance Corporation (PFC) for Performance Excellence, an A+ rating in the Consumer Service Rating of DISCOMs (CSRD) by the Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) for exceptional customer service, and now being recognized as India’s Number One Urban and Overall Utility in the inaugural Distribution Utilities Ranking (DUR) Report for FY 2023-24, Adani Electricity has cemented its outstanding performance in operational efficiency, customer-focused service, and sustainability.
The DUR report offers a detailed assessment of utilities by merging insights from earlier evaluations, including the Integrated Rating Exercise and CSRD report, while also incorporating additional vital factors like Renewable Purchase Obligations (RPO) compliance, Communicable System Metering, Demand Side Response, and Resource Adequacy Planning.
