New Delhi, Oct 11 (NationPress) An Akasa Air flight traveling from Pune to Delhi encountered a bird strike but successfully landed without incident in the national capital, according to the airline. All passengers and crew were safely deplaned following the landing.

Flight QP1607, utilizing a Boeing 737 MAX 8, arrived in Delhi shortly after 10 a.m. on Friday, as per flight tracking data from Flightradar24.

“Our engineering team is currently examining the aircraft in line with the airline’s standard operating procedures, and it will be cleared for service following a comprehensive inspection,” stated an Akasa Air representative.
