Ahmedabad, Jan 1 (NationPress) The Chairman of Adani Group, Gautam Adani, stated on Wednesday that our primary challenge is to utilize our capital efficiently, and we must focus on the two essential Ts that act as the most lasting differentiators in today’s landscape — Technology and Talent.

In his New Year address to the workforce, Gautam Adani highlighted the importance of unlocking the infinite potential of our people.

“Let’s begin with technology. In the rapidly changing environment of today, every business must operate with a technology-centric approach - or face the risk of becoming obsolete. Effective scaling involves more than just adopting software solutions; it necessitates integrating a technology-first mentality into the core of our organization,” the Adani Group Chairman emphasized.

“This is not a choice; it is imperative. It starts with our top 100 leaders setting the standard. Each one of us must engage in becoming technologically proficient — not as a mere task to complete, but as a fundamental way of thinking. In the race for relevance, technology serves as the racetrack, and leadership provides the momentum to ensure we lead,” Gautam Adani remarked.

The leading industrialist underscored that transformational moments “do not wait for us,” but instead demand that “we meet them with vision, bravery, and the determination to act.”

“In an AI-dominated future, we need to rethink how we function and meet our objectives. I challenge each of you to leverage technology for innovation, disruption, and to establish new benchmarks of excellence. Your professional growth hinges on it. Our shared success relies on it,” he stated.

Regarding talent, Gautam Adani pointed out that the battle for talent is the defining challenge of our times and it will shape our long-term success.

“Talent goes beyond simple resumes or qualifications — it is about the ability to adapt, innovate, and lead. This year, we are intensifying our commitment to cultivating a reservoir of potential, beginning with “nurturing in-house talent.”
