Bengaluru, March 12 (NationPress) - As new technologies advance, almost 91% of professionals assert that skills in generative AI (GenAI) are crucial for career growth, according to a report released on Wednesday.
The Simplilearn report indicates that these skills will play a pivotal role in professional development through 2025 and beyond.
A significant finding is the rising demand for GenAI knowledge. Approximately 92% of the surveyed professionals believe that expertise in generative AI will be essential for future success.
Moreover, many respondents expressed intentions to transition to major technology companies, with 46% targeting positions at leading firms and 76% aiming to utilize AI for organizational transformation.
The report also outlined the most in-demand skills among professionals. Data science and analytics topped the list, attracting interest from 32% of the respondents.
Following closely were AI and machine learning at 18%, while programming skills comprised 16%.
