New Delhi, Oct 7 (NationPress) The Indian government has officially revealed that the ‘Research Symposium on AI and Its Impact’ is set to occur on February 18, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam in the heart of the national capital. This significant event will coincide with the India-AI Impact Summit 2026, taking place from February 19–20, 2026.
The purpose of the Research Symposium is to unite esteemed researchers and practitioners from India, the Global South, and other nations to deliberate on the profound influences of artificial intelligence (AI) on both society and the economy.
This gathering will act as a forum for disseminating new discoveries, sharing innovative ideas, and fostering collaboration across research, policy, and practical applications.
The agenda will feature high-profile plenary sessions with distinguished researchers from India and around the globe, an International Research Showcase showcasing brief presentations by leading AI experts, and a Global South Showcase that will emphasize groundbreaking research emerging from developing areas, including India.
