Indusfood 2025: A Global Showcase with Exhibitors from 30 Nations Set to Begin Tomorrow in India

New Delhi, Jan 7 (NationPress) Indusfood 2025, India's leading farm-to-fork trade exhibition, is scheduled to commence on Wednesday in Greater Noida, located on the outskirts of the national capital. The exhibition will feature participation from more than 2,300 exhibitors hailing from over 30 countries, as stated by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries.

This comprehensive trade fair will welcome over 7,500 international buyers and 15,000 Indian trade visitors, all expected to attend the event in an extensive exhibition area exceeding 120,000 sq.m.

In addition to this eighth edition of the Indusfood F&B trade fair taking place at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida from January 8-10, the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) will also host the fourth edition of Indusfood Manufacturing, which covers food processing technology, packaging technology, ingredients, and hospitality technology. The inaugural Indusfood Agritech will showcase innovations in agricultural technology, fisheries technology, as well as dairy and poultry farming technology. These two events are set for January 9-11 at Yashobhoomi Dwarka in New Delhi.

The format of Indusfood 2025 includes these three concurrent trade fairs, designed to promote cross-domain synergies throughout the farm-to-fork value chain. This structure provides networking opportunities, promotes significant business growth, and offers valuable market insights through focused knowledge-sharing sessions. Such an integrated approach allows participants to uncover innovative solutions, establish strategic partnerships, and maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving global F&B landscape, as detailed in the official statement.

The 2025 edition will feature 35 international chefs and 100 Indian delegates, along with professionals from the Delhi NCR region. With a diverse international presence, including hosted buyers from over 100 countries, this event presents Indian food companies with a unique opportunity to engage with local populations in these markets, extending beyond merely connecting with the Indian diaspora.

For the first time in India, Indusfood 2025 will host the esteemed Asia President’s Forum, in collaboration with the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA). This significant event will convene over 30 presidents of national chef associations from across Asia. Additionally, two major summits focused on the food manufacturing and agritech sectors will occur alongside the exhibition.

The Union Minister of Food Processing Industries, Chirag Paswan, will officially inaugurate the 8th Edition of Indusfood 2025, recognized as Asia's premier annual F&B trade exhibition organized by TPCI with support from the Centre's Department of Commerce.

According to Mohit Singla, Chairman of TPCI, "Indusfood is fundamentally about bridging the gaps between farmers, technology providers, and global markets. It not only expands trade opportunities but also directly enhances farmer incomes by providing access to improved markets and value addition prospects."
