Eligible applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old by June 2025, and should have completed 10+2, or passed Class 10 with at least three years of applicable industry experience.

The training is set to take place in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, in association with Aptech Limited.
The program will encompass six months of theoretical classroom instruction in 3D Animation and VFX, followed by two months of practical on-the-job industry training,” stated NFDC.
“Participants will engage in real-world projects and gain insights into professional workflows utilized in film studios and content creation organizations,” it added.
Those selected will be provided with a high-performance laptop throughout the duration of the course, along with complimentary accommodation, meals, and access to training materials.
This initiative aims to eliminate financial obstacles and guarantee that skilled youth from the Northeast can access quality skill development opportunities.
Upon completion, participants will receive a joint certificate from NFDC and the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET).
This marks the third iteration of NFDC’s residential program for the region, focused on cultivating talented digital artists and creating avenues for employment, entrepreneurship, and lasting economic empowerment.
