New Delhi, Sep 20 (NationPress) A team headed by Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal is set to travel to the United States on September 22, as trade negotiations have reignited during a notable improvement in the diplomatic relations between the two countries.

As per a recent announcement, during the officials' visit from the United States Trade Representative to India on September 16, "constructive discussions took place on various components of the trade agreement, and it was agreed to enhance efforts in this respect."

"Continuing these discussions, a delegation led by Commerce and Industry Minister Shri Piyush Goyal will engage with the U.S. side on September 22, 2025. The team aims to advance discussions aiming for an expedited conclusion of a mutually advantageous Trade Agreement," the statement elaborated.
