Abhay was seen at the unveiling of the digital guidebook “Goa Unseen,” launched by Airbnb in partnership with Goa Tourism. Discussing his affection for Goa, Abhay mentioned, “It started very, very young. In fact, I’m recalling that the first time I visited, I was involved in an advertisement for a beverage that ultimately didn’t make it to the market. I was probably 18 years old, so it must have been in the mid to late 90s when I first came here.”
“Of course, during our younger days, we engaged in activities such as enjoying music, partying, and visiting cafes and bars, and as I’ve matured, my experiences have naturally evolved,” he added.
Abhay has now made Goa his home, also known as the Pearl of the Orient.
“In fact, I purchased a plot of land in Goa, constructed my residence here, and I’ve been residing here since 2017,” he mentioned, highlighting his notable film credits including “Dev.D,” “Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara,” “Road Movie,” and “Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!”
The guidebook was launched in the presence of Shri Rohan Khaunte, the Minister for Tourism for the Government of Goa, Amanpreet Singh Bajaj, Airbnb's Country Head for India and Southeast Asia, and Abhay.
The actor is also featured in the film “Bun Tikki.”
