Posters displayed during the launch revealed that Suraj Venjaramoodu and Jai will be the film's leading characters.
Insiders have disclosed that Suraj Venjaramoodu will portray Jai's father in the narrative. George Maryan, acclaimed for his moving portrayal in the hit film 'Dragon', is set to play a significant role in this project.
Previously, the film was referred to as #KRG09 before the official title announcement.
The production house, Kannan Ravi Group, shared the film's title through a teaser on their social media a few days prior. They stated, "Happiness in every little moment. The teaser opens with a group of underprivileged children in a thatched hut, waiting eagerly for an event to commence. A man, standing at the entrance, gazes at the overcast sky, telling the boys, "It seems that it won't happen today either." As they exit, one boy, visibly disappointed, asks, "Is it truly impossible today, elder brother?" The man responds, "This is beyond my control." However, as the boys venture a bit further, the man calls them back. They return with joy as the sun breaks through the clouds. Using a shard of glass to reflect sunlight onto a film plate, the name 'Texla' is revealed on a cloth screen, prompting cheers from the children.
The musical score for 'Texla' will be created by renowned music director Yuvan Shankar Raja.
The production house had previously announced their collaboration with Aishwarya Rajinikanth for this ambitious project, emphasizing their belief in meaningful partnerships in filmmaking.
