Allu Arjun Appreciates YRF's Heartfelt Congratulations on the Triumph of 'Pushpa 2: The Rule'

Mumbai, Dec 24 (NationPress) Telugu superstar Allu Arjun, whose film ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ has taken the box office by storm, has expressed his gratitude towards Yash Raj Films for their congratulatory note regarding the film's success.

Recently, the social media account of YRF shared a message celebrating the achievements of ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’.

They stated, “Records are meant to be broken and new ones encourage everyone to strive for excellence. Congratulations to the entire #Pushpa2TheRule team for rewriting the history books. Fire nahi, Wildfire (not just a fire, but a wildfire).”

The post also tagged lead actors Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, director Sukumar, and production house Mythri Movie Makers.

In response, Allu Arjun expressed on his X account, “Thank you… so graceful. Humbled by your wishes. Thank you, I am touched. May this record soon be surpassed by a heartwarming #YRF film, and may we all collectively strive for excellence.”

The past few days have been particularly challenging for the actor, as he was apprehended in Hyderabad following a tragic stampede at a local theater.

Previously, he was taken from his residence in Hyderabad and questioned by authorities. The ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ star voiced his dissatisfaction with the police entering his bedroom, stating it was inappropriate for them to invade his personal space.

Allu Arjun's arrest was linked to a fan's death at Sandhya Theatre. On December 4, during the film's premiere, he attended a screening at Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad alongside fans. The surge of the crowd led to a stampede, resulting in the tragic death of a fan named Revathi and her young son, who was left critically injured.

Revathi lost her life, while her son remains hospitalized in serious condition. The police arrested the theater owner and two employees based on a complaint from the bereaved family.
