Anna Kane, the Woman Behind the Allegations Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Reveals Her Identity

Los Angeles, Dec 7 (NationPress) After a court mandated that Jane Doe unveil her identity in her sexual assault case against American rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, the accuser has stepped forward to identify herself as Anna Kane, the former wife of Edmonton Oilers player Evander Kane.
In an updated filing submitted in Federal District Court in Manhattan on Friday, December 6, Kane utilized her real name, as reported by People magazine.
Previously, U.S. District Judge Jessica G. L. Clarke ruled that she must disclose her identity to continue her lawsuit against the music mogul.
Kane expressed in a statement to People, "I had hoped to use a pseudonym in my pursuit of justice for the events that occurred when I was a teenager. The defendants' insistence on me using my real name was a tactic to intimidate me, but I refuse to be intimidated. I am ready to move forward and hold accountable those who have caused me harm."
According to People, Kane has filed a lawsuit against Combs, former Bad Boy CEO Harve Pierre, and a third unidentified individual for sex trafficking and gang rape that allegedly occurred when she was 17 years old in December 2023. This lawsuit came just a month after Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura filed her own explosive sexual abuse and sex trafficking allegations against Combs. Diddy, aged 54, has denied both claims and reached a settlement the day after with Ventura.
In the court documents, Kane asserts that Pierre approached her at a Detroit-area lounge in Michigan, persuading her to board a private jet with him and a third assailant heading to Teterboro, NJ. Upon arriving at Daddy's House Recording Studio in Manhattan, Kane alleges she was given drugs and alcohol before being "brutally gang raped", "one after the other", as stated in the lawsuit.
The situation escalated when she reportedly began losing consciousness. Kane claims that the three men took turns assaulting her in the bathroom while she begged them to stop. Eventually, she states that she blacked out, later regaining consciousness on the floor in a fetal position, experiencing significant vaginal pain. After she "regained her bearings", the lawsuit claims Kane was transported back to an airport and flown to Michigan.
Combs has refuted Kane's allegations in a statement to People shortly after the lawsuit was initiated last year. "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH," he declared in a statement in 2023.
"For the last few weeks, I have remained silent and observed as people attempted to assassinate my character, tarnish my reputation, and ruin my legacy. Disturbing allegations have been directed at me by individuals seeking a quick financial gain. Let me be unequivocally clear: I did not commit any of the heinous acts being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth," he further stated.
