Sean 'Diddy' Combs Faces Allegations of Threatening Behavior in New Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Los Angeles, Nov 30 (NationPress) Shocking allegations and their specifics regarding rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs are increasingly coming to light. The most recent lawsuit, initiated by a fashion designer, claims that the rapper threatened to drop a woman from a balcony of a West Coast apartment building in a moment of fury eight years ago.

A complaint seeking jury intervention was lodged on November 27 in the Los Angeles Superior Court containing multiple details, including references to the former girlfriend of the Bad Boy Records founder, Cassie Ventura, whose accounts of abuse, injuries, and other incidents involving Combs are frequently mentioned. The suit also includes several photographs and seeks damages reportedly exceeding $10 million, according to 'Deadline'.

Having recently settled an abuse and rape claim from Ventura for approximately $30 million in November 2023, Combs is now facing an expanding list of civil lawsuits alleging drugging, severe threats, possible blackmail, physical assault, and sexual violence against various individuals in the music industry and beyond during his celebrity-filled gatherings.

According to 'Deadline', the rapper, who is presently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn, could face life imprisonment if convicted in a trial scheduled to commence on May 5, 2025.

With a brief mention in Ventura's own lawsuit and additional details that have circulated for months—discussed openly by songwriter Tiffany Red last year—the claims in this most recent lawsuit may lead to Combs confronting legal challenges in multiple jurisdictions.

The lawsuit disclosed that fashion designer Bryana 'Bana' Bongolan was allegedly assaulted at the luxury apartment of the rapper's ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.

The legal documents alleged, 'On or about September 26, 2016, Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs sexually attacked Ms. Bryana 'Bana' Bongolan, threatening her from a 17-story-high balcony and then forcefully throwing her against the patio furniture.'

Furthermore, the documents stated, 'His outrageous and abhorrent actions infringed upon Ms. Bongolan's intrinsic dignity, bodily autonomy, and sense of security.'

The account elaborates on the alleged assault that transpired while Bongolan was residing with her girlfriend and the singer when an enraged Combs arrived, pounding on the door.

The documents noted, 'This incident was the climax of a series of threats, intimidation, and violence that characterized many of Ms. Bongolan's interactions with Mr. Combs from the moment they met.'

The rapper was apprehended at a hotel lobby in New York City on September 16.
