Chennai, Feb 20 (NationPress) Director Arvind Rajagopal's highly anticipated crime investigation thriller, Asthram, starring actor Shaam in the leading role, is now set to premiere on March 7, as announced by the filmmakers on Thursday.

The film was initially slated for a release on February 21 of this year.

Actor Shaam revealed the updated release date on his X account, expressing gratitude for the audience's love and support, accompanied by a poster displaying the new date.

The movie generated significant interest when its theatrical rights for Tamil Nadu were secured by Five Star, a distribution company enjoying success with recent hits like Parking, Maharaja, and Garudan.
