Diljit Dosanjh Enjoys Tranquility on Dal Lake: Savoring Kahwa and the Splendor of Kashmir

Mumbai, Dec 17 (NationPress) Singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh recently took time off from his hectic schedule to immerse himself in the untouched beauty of Kashmir. The Punjabi icon was spotted enjoying a traditional Kashmiri Kahwa during a serene shikara ride on Dal Lake.

On his Instagram account, Dosanjh shared a calming video showcasing his tranquil shikara journey on the peaceful waters of Kashmir. In the footage, the singer is seen relaxing aboard the wooden boat, snug in a warm blanket, while he indulges in the soothing sounds of live music. He captioned the clip, “Dal Lake Star Mustaq Bhai Ka Kehwa & Adnan bhai ka Rabab.”

In the video, a local tea vendor approached the star during his boat excursion, offering him a hot cup of tea. Diljit graciously accepted the beverage, relishing it as he took in the stunning views surrounding him. The pair were seen chatting casually while gliding across the water in the shikara. During their conversation, the tea vendor inquisitively asked Diljit about his hometown.

With his characteristic wit, the ‘Honsla Rakh’ actor responded, “Main sir kahi nahi rehta, main bas aise ghoomta rehta hoon.”

Meanwhile, Diljit Dosanjh has been in the spotlight with his India tour “Dil-Luminati,” which is scheduled to conclude in Guwahati on December 29. The 10-city tour featured stops in various locations including Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, and Kolkata, among others.

At his recent concert in Chandigarh, Dosanjh made a notable declaration, stating that he would pause his performances in India until the government enhances the country's concert infrastructure.

The ‘Udta Punjab’ singer remarked, “I want to tell the designated authorities that India does not have the infrastructure for live shows. This is a big revenue generating space. It also gives livelihood to many. Please focus on this space as well.”
