Hina Khan Responds to Being Among the Most Searched Actors: Not an Achievement to Celebrate

Mumbai, Dec 13 (NationPress) Actress Hina Khan does not regard her inclusion in Google's top 10 most searched actors globally in 2024, attributed to her health challenges, as an accomplishment or something to be celebrated.
On her Instagram Stories, Hina re-shared a post featuring her image alongside notable names like Pawan Kalyan and Nimrat Kaur, with a caption highlighting: “Google's 2024 global trends These Indian actors are among the top 10 most searched actors in the world.”
She expressed her feelings: “I notice many individuals posting stories and congratulating me on this recent development, but for me, it's neither an achievement nor something to be proud of (sic).”
Currently facing stage three breast cancer, Hina conveyed her wish that no one should be searched online due to health-related issues.
“I pray and hope that no one is Googled due to their diagnosis or any health struggles,” she stated.
Hina emphasized her desire to be recognized for her work instead.
“I have always valued the genuine respect and regard from people for my journey during these challenging times, but I prefer to be Googled, recognized, or acknowledged for my work and achievements as I have been before and during my diagnosis (sic),” she noted.
Recently, she shared images from the hospital after undergoing chemotherapy.
On her Instagram, she posted photos where she is seen walking away from the camera, carrying a pouch bag linked to bottles. In these images, Hina is donned in a hospital gown as she strides toward a door, her back to the camera.
Alongside the pictures, she wrote, “Walking towards the brighter side through these Corridors of Healing... One step at a time... Gratitude Gratitude and only Gratitude Dua.”
