Idris Elba Reveals Mastery of 'Echidna' Pronunciation in 'Sonic the Hedgehog 3'

Mumbai, Dec 23 (NationPress) Actor Idris Elba, who voices the character of Knuckles in the highly anticipated movie 'Sonic the Hedgehog 3', has disclosed that he has finally mastered the pronunciation of 'Echidna' in the film.
The movie features Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails teaming up against a formidable new foe, Shadow, a mysterious villain with powers they have never encountered before. Facing overwhelming odds, Team Sonic must forge an unlikely alliance to thwart Shadow and safeguard the planet.
Reflecting on his return as the voice of Knuckles in 'Sonic the Hedgehog 3', Elba expressed, "It feels fantastic to be back in the familiar fists of Knuckles. He’s an incredible character that I enjoy portraying. Others may take on the role of Knuckles in the future, but at this moment, it's my responsibility and I cherish it because he is such an icon."
He added, "I’m thrilled that we've produced another film and will be back in theaters. Now, with the addition of the TV series (the Knuckles series on Paramount+) alongside the last movie, I feel more intertwined with [the mythology of] Knuckles. In the previous film, I had a hard time saying 'Echidna', but now it flows effortlessly as I've become more attuned to the character. It feels wonderful."
