New Delhi, April 10 (NationPress) Actress Kritika Kamra has unveiled her notion of a perfect day off, which comprises eight hours of sleep, a generous cup of coffee, a sweaty Pilates session, and much more.

"An ideal day off entails at least 8 hours of sleep, a big cup of coffee, a sweaty Pilates session, a long shower, engaging conversations with my parents and friends, and binge-watching a beloved show with my favorite snacks," Kritika shared with IANS.

Kritika confessed that her guilty pleasure is definitely food.

"I eagerly anticipate each meal. As a Punjabi, food is a significant topic of discussion in our household, and we are always pondering our next meal. Delicious food boosts my mood, and enjoying a great meal with loved ones is my preferred way to connect," she explained.

The actress mentioned that she can "never completely eliminate anything from my diet, but I have learned to balance my guilty pleasures with mindfulness afterward."

On the topic of fashion, Kritika favors timeless classics.

"I would characterize my personal style as minimal chic, so elegant classics fit seamlessly in my wardrobe. I appreciate the versatility of elevated basics or pieces that remain iconic and can be styled up or down," she added.
