Mumbai, December 10 (NationPress) Actress Kritika Kamra has officially confirmed her relationship with cricket host and content creator Gaurav Kapur on Instagram.

The actress took to her Instagram account, sharing a series of delightful pictures from a breakfast outing with Gaurav, thereby affirming their romantic involvement. Additionally, Kritika posted another image showcasing their sneakers and a video where the couple, who have been together for several months, can be seen clinking coffee mugs emblazoned with the word “Bubby’s”.

In her caption, Kritika opted for a simple yet playful tone, stating: “breakfast with…”

On the professional front, both actors will appear in The Great Shamshuddin Family. Set over a single day in Delhi, the storyline revolves around Bani, whose mothers, aunts, cousins, and past romantic interests arrive at her apartment, each bringing their own emergencies.

As the lead character navigates through interfaith dilemmas, generational clashes, and familial expectations, she must choose between chasing international career prospects or staying close to her family, according to variety.com.

The film features notable actors including Farida Jalal, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Juhi Babbar Soni, and Sheeba Chadda.

The Great Shamshuddin Family is set to premiere on JioHotstar on December 12.

Kritika previously dated her co-star from Kitani Mohabbat Hai, Karan Kundra. She began her acting career in 2007 with the show Yahan Ke Hum Sikandar. In 2009, she portrayed Arohi, a singer, in Kitani Mohabbat Hai opposite Karan. She subsequently appeared in Pyaar Ka Bandhan, Kitani Mohabbat Hai 2, and Kuch Toh Log Kahenge.

In 2015, Kritika played the role of Ananya Kashyap, a reporter, alongside Rajeev Khandelwal in Reporters. She was later seen as Princess Chandrakanta in Prem Ya Paheli – Chandrakanta.

Kritika made her film debut in 2018 with Mitron. In 2021, she portrayed a college student named Sana in the web series Tandav.

In 2022, she starred as Princess Kamini in Kaun Banegi Shikharwati and later played Dolly, a woman facing challenges in her marriage in Hush Hush.

In 2023, Kritika took on the role of Vidhi, a reporter in the film Bheed, and also portrayed Habiba in Bambai Meri Jaan. Her latest release is Gyaarah Gyaarah.
