Mumbai, Dec 15 (NationPress) Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat attributes her youthful appearance to maintaining a satvik disciplined lifestyle free from late-night parties, alcohol, and cigarettes.

Mallika responded to a fan on X, previously known as Twitter, who inquired: “I don't care about any plastic surgeons, botox, or diet except for what is keeping #mallikasherawat looking great! I want that fitness, cosmetic, diet, or yoga instructor.”

In reply, the actress revealed: “My secret is leading a satvik disciplined life that is free from late-night parties, alcohol, and cigarettes.”

She emphasized the importance of getting adequate rest, stating that it contributes to her looking like a million bucks. “Try to sleep by 9 PM, and you will look like a million bucks,” she suggested.

Mallika has frequently shared videos and photos showcasing her workouts and the rigorous regimen she follows to maintain her fitness.

On the professional front, Mallika was recently featured in “Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video,” alongside Rajkummar Rao, Vijay Raaz, and Triptii Dimri. The film narrates the story of a couple who decide to film their first night together as a keepsake, but things go awry when the CD containing the footage gets stolen along with the player.

Mallika first gained attention in 2002 with her role in “Jeena Sirf Merre Liye,” where she was credited as Reema Lamba.

Her rise to fame began in 2000 when she was recognized as a sex symbol due to her performance in the Emraan Hashmi-starring film “Murder,” a romantic thriller released in 2004.

The actress has also appeared in international projects, including “Hisss” and “Politics of Love.”
