Regarding the film, Boman Irani expressed, “For me, The Mehta Boys is an exceptionally personal journey. The father-son relationship is one of the most intricate and emotionally charged connections. With this film, I aimed to explore how the bond between two individuals who genuinely care for each other can be challenged by time, misunderstandings, and unresolved matters. This story has lingered with me for years, and I’m excited to finally present it to audiences in India and globally on Prime Video. I am immensely thankful to the skilled cast for portraying their characters with such depth and authenticity, which enriches the narrative in every aspect.”

Avinash Tiwary, who plays Boman Irani’s son Amay in the film, remarked, “Amay’s character is filled with layers, caught between familial loyalty and personal grievances. Certain events compel him into a profound and transformative interaction with his father, altering his outlook in unexpected ways.”

“Bringing this journey to life was both challenging and fulfilling. I take pride in being part of a film that delves into such relatable themes of family bonds and reconciliation,” he added.
