Mumbai, Jan 23 (NationPress) Mithun Chakraborty is set to share the screen with his son Namashi Chakraborty for the very first time in Vivek Agnihotri's eagerly awaited film, “The Delhi Files: The Bengal Chapter”. Recently, the father-son pair shared their insights on collaborating.
Mithun Chakraborty commented, "Although I performed a dance sequence in his movie, “Bad Boy”, this marks our first full-length film together. Nonetheless, we do not appear in the same scenes throughout the film."
On the other hand, Namashi Chakraborty expressed, "The narrative of the film oscillates between different timelines, meaning dad and I do not share any scenes in each other's timeframes. At first, I was astonished that Vivek sir believed in my ability to handle such a serious role, but it was his faith, alongside dad's confidence in me, that made this possible. This experience has been remarkable, and I consider Delhi Files to be my best film endeavor so far."
In another update, actor Darshan Kumar was recently seen at Madh Jetty. With the filming of “The Delhi Files: The Bengal Chapter” currently happening at Madh Island in Mumbai, there are speculations that he might be shooting for the film; however, this remains unverified.
